Data & AI

What is Data & AI?

Data & AI can provide information on how to improve operations, drive innovations and provide valuable services to the company and your customers by using more leading analytical tools.Artificial Intelligence(AI) is an information resource that can accomplish the creation of intelligent machines that work and react to human beings.

Key Capabilities

Cognitive Computing

It replicates human thought processes in computer models. This technology has great potential to support people to become more effective and efficient, allowing them to do more creative and important work.

Computer Vision

Computer vision is an area of artificial intelligence that trains computers to interpret and understand the visual world. It helps computers “see” and understand the contents of digital image.

Natural Language Processing

It is a branch of artificial intelligence that uses natural language to process computer-human interactions. This helps to process and analyze large amounts of data through speech recognition, natural language understanding and natural language generation.

Machine Learning

It focuses on training machines (computers) to learn and think on their own. Machine learning usually uses many complex algorithms to train the machine. The machine will then analyze the data, draw inferences and store them for future use.

Deep Learning

It executes at different levels, and each level can transform the input dataset into a composite representation and an abstract representation. It can be inferred that the deeper the learning, the more accurate the response.

Data Mining

Data mining is the process of finding anomalies, patterns and correlations in large data sets to predict results. It can also speed up the pace of informed decision-making.

Key Benefits

Automatics Customer Communication

AI enables companies to communicate automatically via email, online chat. By analyzing data collected from previous communications, computers can be programmed to accurately respond to customers and process their needs.

Operational Automation

AI can operate other technologies that drive business automation and can also be used to control robots in factories.

Predicting Outcome

AI can predict outcomes based on data analysis and apply them to new data when predicting the likelihood of a probability outcome.

24/7 Availability

It can be programmed to work long hours and perform work continuously. Using machines, we can also expect to get the same results regardless of time, season, etc.

Big Data

Big data is an evolving term that describes a large volume of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data that has the potential to be mined for information and used in machine learning projects and other advanced analytics applications.

Six “V“s of Big Data

Velocity

The speed at which big data is generated

Variety

The various types of data: structured, unstructured and semi-structured.

Veracity

The degree to which big data can be trusted.

Variability

The ways in which big data can be formatted and used..

Valuable

The business value of the data collected..

Volume

The amount of data from myriad sources.

Types of AI

Reactive Machine

Cannot use memories or past experiences to affect the decisions made in the present which means that they can only react to current, reactive situations (eg. IBM’s Deep Blue, a reactive machine that sees the pieces on the chess board and reacts to them).

Limited Memory

Composed of machine learning models that have the knowledge of past learned information, stored data or events.

Theory of mind

Have the decision-making ability equal to the extent of a human mind, but by machines.

Self Awareness

Involved machines that have human intelligence.
